Registration of a complaint

Satisfied customers, that’s what we aim for at Securex. Sometimes, however, things go a bit wrong. When this happens, we want to know about it, so that we can improve our service. Thank you in advance for giving us your feedback.

How to submit a complaint?

  • Your dedicated contact person is always ready to help you out. He or she knows your file well and will look for a solution, with you, as soon as possible.
  • You can always reach us by phone at 078 05 90 10. This is possible from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • We kindly request you to complete the form below. We will make sure that your message reaches the appropriate service.

Every complaint is registered and followed up. We will contact you within 48 hours.
