Reporting tool for accidents at work
You are a user of our tool for reporting an accident at work.
This tool offers you the following functionalities:
- Input and updating of different types of declarations (work accident, road accident, first aid, ....)
- Follow-up of these declarations (date of resumption of work, detailed report, action points)
- Statistics (severity and frequency, annual report, lists and graphs)

1) You are one of our clients, but you still haven’t got a login and password for a Securex application:
Request your free access via "Request login" on our website: www.securex.be/login. With this application, you can also apply for entry to the on-line tools of Insurance.You will then receive an email asking you to indicate, in a web form, to which insurance tool(s) you would like to gain admittance.
Subsequently, you will receive an email with your login and password.
From that moment on, you have access to the Securex site, with your data.
2) You are a client, and you already have a login and a password for another Securex application:
To obtain access to the tool, you just have to set your authorizations correctly.
To this end, send an email to insurancehelp@securex.be with mention of the data (requested) below:
- Request ‘Accident Manager’
- Name and first name of user
- User-id (= login for the portal)
As soon as your account has been created, we will send you an email with further instructions.

My Insurances
To consult the policy data and the already registered claims, you can also use our 'My Insurances' tool.
This application offers you 5 important features:
- Consulting your policy file
- Consulting a claim file (incl. overview of paid indemnities, allowances, medical expenses, etc.)
- Consulting reports
- Extra features such as FAQs, useful links, etc.
- Direct link to our electronic reporting tool
If you wish to have access to this application, we can activate it for you.
