Programme
During this supervision/peer supervision, the following points will be covered:
- Experiences of confidential advisers from other companies and sectors.
- Strict peer supervision model with clear agreements on confidentiality and discretion.
- Content of the complaints, the successive steps and your attitude as a confidential adviser.
You can also combine supervision ( hands-on case sharing) with a more academic module, enabling you to keep pace with the latest legal changes, as well as to delve deeper into a topic of your interest. This theoretical module also features a series of exercises and practical elements.
