Are you a finance professional passionate about strategic business partnership and equipped with excellent communication skills?

As a Financial Business Partner (FBP), you play a crucial role within our organization. You serve as a vital link between the finance department and the various Business Units.

In collaboration with leaders, you align financial strategies with business objectives, thus contributing to informed decision-making and proactive financial management.

  • Advice and Analysis: You advise business units on financial performance and operational efficiency. You conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: You collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with financial objectives. You participate in planning sessions and scenario analyses.
  • Evaluation and Recommendations: You evaluate business opportunities and investment projects and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: You develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: You monitor financial performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: You provide detailed financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: You serve as the main financial point of contact (SPOC) for various business units and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: You identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
